After the show, we headed back to the campsite for the continuation of happy hour. JC, Sue and Holly brought lots of snacks, and we always have lots of drinks. JC even brought some elk that he had shot. Soooooo good!!! I was surprised how much I liked it...everyone liked it...even the kids (except Avery). We had BBQ beef sandwiches for dinner then moved on to some smores. Holly brought some cookie butter from Trader Joes that was AMAZING on smores! How did I not know about this treasure. It was so, so good....like eat out of the jar with a spoon good.
Another great night & entire day in Yellowstone!!
