After my tour of the park, I decided to walk down the street towards this mall area I saw on the way in. Once I got there, it was HUGE!!!!! It was multiple buildings attached to each other, and multiple stories high. Maybe 7 stories high! Each one! Biggest mall I had seen....and all the stores in it were super high end Nothing I could afford, that is for sure! It was amazing walking thru there though. So, I did a little window shopping, bought a scarf since it was getting chilly and I wasn't intended to go back to the hotel anytime soon.
I talked to Vince and convinced him to come met me at the park. You could rent tandem bike there and ride around. There was still so much I hadn't seen that I wanted to get bikes and do it all again! Thought it would be cool in the evening as well :) So, I had some time to burn while I was waiting. I started my walk back over to the park (about a mile away), stopped at a convenience store on the way to pick up some snacks (the snacks here are so cool!!!!), and went and sat for more people watching.
Vince got there and we ran over to rent a bike and started on our tour. Since I had already seen most of what was close, I could give him the readers digest tour of what I had already seen. It was actually pretty fun, but hard work making our way up & down those hills! It got dark so we headed back to turn the bike in & set out for food.
