10.31.2015: Happy Halloween!!!

Tonight we went out to dinner with Mom, Dad, Brent, Alisa, the kiddos & Vince, Lennox and I.  We went to BJ's Brewery since it was in their area, but something different than we usually go to...and one of my old SD favs.

After dinner we went back to Brent & Alisa's so we could take the kids trick-or-treating for a bit.  It was Lennox's first Halloween and couldn't wait to get him all dressed up!! Lennx was a lion, Avery was a witch, Nana was a cat, and Andrew was a glow-in-the dark stick man. His costume got crazy props thru the neighborhood!!!  It was awesome!!!!  Even the teens were commenting on how amazing he looked!!

Lennox got called a puppy...like a real puppy, not a baby dressed as a puppy.  The guys though were more than likely drunk.  He was super cute though!!  Anyways, it was fun taking him & the kids out in the streets.  The neighbors all got into it too so it was lots of fun!!

10.30.2015: Happy Birthday to ME

The day was fairly uneventful!  We got to hang with Lennox all day and do the usual stuff.  Vince treated me to an amazing dinner of champ and crab legs...which is never a bad thing!!!!!  :)

Getting old still sucks though :)  Here is to the last year in my 30's!!!  May it be the best!

10.30.2015: Lennox Meeting Thelma

This afternoon Vince and I took Lennox over to Thelma's house so she could meet him for the first time.  It was sooo cute & she was so excited to finally meet the little man!  She had a blast talking to him :)

10.24.2015: Wheels Up - AGAIN

After checking in, we hit the duty free stores.  We didn't have a ton of time, like we had hoped because of our late limo driver....but we still got to check out a few stores.  Our flight home was uneventful and just as long as the flight there.  Got to watch a few more movies, and not sleep at all.  We had a quick layover in DFW...just enough time to get our bags, recheck them, and clear customs....and RUN to hop on our flight home.  Once we got to DFW, I could NOT WAIT to get home!!!  It was sad leaving Korea, but once we were out, I was happy to be going home again!!

10.24.2015: It's Been Real Seoul

Waking up feeling fresh & rejuvenated after a night of amazing food and endless drinks (insert sarcasm here)....we hit the ridiculous buffet for one last time. I'm actually going to miss this breakfast magic.  The coffee is amazing, the food is incredible, the fresh juices are perfect...what else could you ask for.

There is the "limo" that is available to take back to the airport for like $5...so we do that.  It is about an hour late, which is typical there I guess.  So we wait, and hop on for our final ride in the city.  It was really sad leaving.  I liked it here, and would go back in a heartbeat!!!  The people were nice, the city was gorgeous, and I feel like we just explored the tip of it.

Amazing experience!!!!!

High-rise apartments everywhere

Parks EVERYWHERE!!!

If you look closely, you can see the mounds of dirt.  Those are graves.  Koreans don't dig down, they just pile dirt on top of.  These cemeteries were along the freeway on the way back to the airport.  Very creepy.
