07.10.2010: Dinner Entry #2 & Evening Activities

Evening #2 happy hour began with more mixed drinks & Alisa's world famous queso dip & chips. Truly world famous because it is well known and loved in AT LEAST 2 differnet countries...so in my book that constitutes it as "world" famous!! Dinner entry #2 was being prepared by Alisa & Christina. And I think Brent had some responsibility in there somewhere also, but I can definitely say that I did not actually see him in the kitchen. Sooo, am not really giving him credit for this one. Anyways, back to dinner...this dinner came with war wounds & everything. Christina got branded...I mean burned...by Alisa's hot pan at one point during the prep. We told her that was her branding for being a newbie on the trip, but I think it was really just a bad accident. Unfortunately, that little wound turned into a scar....that maybe SOMEDAY will go away...if not, Christina will have a lifelong memory of her first houseboat trip!! This dinner was an extremely strong contender in the cook-off!! Shredded beef & chicken tacos!! YUMMMMOOOO!!!

You cannot tell me these feet are not totally related??!!!
Ahhhhhh what is a beautiful drink if not in a beautiful cup??
Andrew wondering why his cup is not so beautiful...
sorry son, one day you will understand!
Group pic #1
Lawn golf....I think is what they call this game:
Throw the balls attached by a string around the poles with numbers on them.
FYI...the "balls with strings" had many inappropriate references throughout the evening.
Game couldn't be over soon enough!!! Haha!

One talented thrower...got 2 bars with one throw. Unbelievable!

Brianna...knows her beer...no really, she knows!
Thats Daddys favorite. You can't see Brent on the side digging a hole for the kids
Brianna was just holding her, I mean his, beer for him!
Chiilin....

Top of the houseboat watching the fireworks show that Chris & Scott put on. This was seriously a major production...like pay-to-go-see on the 4th of July fireworks show...like grand finale at Sea World fireworks show...it was really good!!! :)
Thanks guys!!!
