Today the kids were in charge of the meal. They planned it, they prepped it, they cooked it, they served it! Nachos!!! It was actually a great idea and was really, really good! They prob could have made a few more pans of them though because they went fast! It was fun watching them coordinate, delegated and work together to get this meal done. They did awesome - without help from the adults!
