We had our traditional Welcome Dinner at Guy Fieri's El Burro Borracho at the Rio. It just recently opened and was really good! Kinda upscale Mexican food. Great margaritas too!
Before dinner, we took the kiddos outside to run around since there isn't too much to do inside and they had been cooped up in the car for 5 hours. Bear was enjoying the freedom to run around everywhere!
Dinner was fabulous, and we all stuffed our bellies. Afterwards, we went back to Mom & Dad's room to do the bag hand out! The little ones loved it! They enjoyed going thru all their toys and hats....and were very entertaining!
After the bag handouts, we headed to bed. We were all exhausted! It had been a long day and a long week already. We have an early morning tomorrow too! Before I went to bed, I got a text from Vince. His flight had been delayed for 2 hours. Well, actually his original flight had been delayed indefinitely - so he switched flights to guarantee he would get in tonight. He was supposed to come in at 10m, but was delayed until 1am. Not good! We were both a little panicked about him making it at all. But, luckily he did!!! Short night of sleep (more like a nap), and we were ready to go in the morning!!!
