K&K were in charge of dinner tonight! They put together a medley of pasta & homemade sauces, grilled zucchini, including an appetizer of bruschetta! Delicious meal!!! The limoncello and cookies for dessert were a hit as well!
Sunsets at Lake Mead are my favorites! Tonight was exceptional! The clouds made for amazing colors and the calm water just topped it off. The boys and some of the adults decided to jump off the top of the boat - in the semi-dark. It was fun watching, but worried someone was going to get hurt as the night went on, so we put a stop to it :) Great way to end the night though!!
