We left our house about 10am to meet up with Mom & Dad, and K&K in Wickenburg so we could caravan up to Vegas. We had a 4 vehicle little group and kept it all together the whole way! Brent took over driving the boat from Wickenburg. Dad threw out his back earlier in the week and couldn't drive the truck, so Mom drove it up from Sonoita. I was driving with 3 of the kiddos....it was an exciting drive (as you can tell!)! Alisa drove the suburban with the other 2 kiddos, and K&K and June were in the truck pulling the SeaDoos.
Halfway there, the boat cover started to blow off so we had to pull on the side of the road to fix it. Hopefully this is not a sign of things to go wrong this weekend! Just a minor little thing :)
If you are wondering where Vince was - he was in Virginia Beach at a trade show. He is flying into Vegas tonight to meet us!
