Ahhh the last morning is always soooo bittersweet. Another gorgeous sunrise and we were all dragging from a few days on the lake. Didn't stop me from getting up early since I knew it was my last day. I have the next year to sleep in!! Truly my favorite moments....
Breakfast today was a medley of leftovers from the last few days. We coin this meal "eggs blatto" meaning, EVERYTHING leftover mixed in with some eggs. It works.
It was also mimosa morning. So all the OJ you see being drank this morning is definitely not "pure" OJ. It is a little doctored....as it should be! It was a much slower morning today that the other mornings. Hungover from the night before? Exhausted from a few days on the lake? Sunburned out? Denial that we are leaving? Whatever it is....it causes everyone to move a little slower today.
