Not a good way to start the trip...being a slacker with the camera!!! Oh well, this is all I got.....
Thursday afternoon we started our trek to Vegas for our annual gathering at the Rio for the Great Escape Eve! We had our welcome dinner at the American Grill and then the presentation of the "bags". We got our cups, beer mugs, shirts, towels, and all kinds of fun stuff. Even though we ended up just doing a small trip, Mom doesn't know how to do anything small!! Some of us stayed up a bit gambling (with no luck), then we hit the sack since we knew we had a very early morning!!
The kids were seriously rockin out on the drive!

| Following the Doo's We had a little incident just before Kingman where the Sea Doo cover shredded & flew off. Brent pulled over, us behind him. Andrew was so bummed at first, then said "Oh well, now at least we get to look at something cool!" Such an optimist! |
