Tonight is Vince's 55th birthday. and we celebrated by going to the Roaring Fork. So much for our "trying new places" resolution. Oh well. We love this place and wanted something familiar. We got dressed up and headed out for a nice dinner. Vince ordered their chorizo & mussels appetizer, which is similar to something he had in San Antonio when we went out with Vince & Sarah....LOVED it. I do NOT like mussels, but love chorizo and loved dipping bread in the spicy broth. We of course also had full dinners, which we swore we would be taking home leftovers from...but didn't. Gone.
