Vince and I headed to Riverside today to start off our 10 days in CA trip. We are heading up the coast for some work, but wanted to start the trip out right here at home!
Mom and Dad are continuing to remodel their house... The newest project is the add-on office/pantry/bedroom/den that connects the kitchen to the garage. They enclosed the breezeway area between the two and made a pretty good size room! It looks amazing! They will eventually put some cabinets in there and a set-in desk as well. Mom will be able to use it as a sewing area too. It is a great addition, not to mention the value it adds to the house (by adding all the garage sq footage to the house as well -- for future sell-ability). From the driveway, it looks like it has always been there! It fits perfectly!
Still in the progress phase...floors still need to go in & touch-ups done. Then, eventually some cabinets as well
