We spent the morning recovering from last night and hitting the local Costco - again in the pouring rain! That was fun because it little POURED as we were both getting out of the car, and back into the car. It was nuts.
We went to stock up on supplies for the big party tonight. VJ & Sarah were hosting a little get together at their house for Vince's birthday. Just a few friends and all of us - nothing big, but definitely lots of good food and lots of drink!
After we got back from Costco, we started to pre-game and get prepped for the party. VJ was doing a pulled pork, and all the fixings to go with it. The little kids were taking turns napping and the big kids were just hanging out enjoying the pre-party.
Larry, from Vince's work, was in town with Vince to work over the last few days so he came over as well. It was a night of singing and dancing and TONS of laughing!! Just with these few Hearns in the house it was LOUD.
