This morning we woke up to a gorgeous, crisp fall morning! The skies were completely clear and it was cold and the air was brisk. We checked out of our hotel and drove back down to the city center area hoping to find a little café for breakfast. Not much was open (we discovered that nothing is really open too early here!), but we ended up finding one cute Crepe cafe and went in and got seated. We literally sat there for almost 30 mins without anyone acknowledging us. There was plenty of staff, but no one even came to our table to looked our way. So, we got up and left. Even as we were walking out, they said nothing to us. So weird!!!
So we found a Starbucks around the corner, and went in there. That was really all we wanted/needed anyways, so we were happy. After people watching for a bit inside the Sbucks, we hopped in the car and headed back south to Munich.
As soon as we got on the highway, and out of the city, the fog rolled in & it was incredibly hard to see in front of us! It stayed this way all thru the farmlands and all the way back to Munich. So eerie!
