10.03.2010: Hatch Green Chili Fest

Vince went to Hatch, NM (aka Green Chili HEAVEN!) for business last week and brought back a couple pounds of green & red chilis. He actually went to Las Cruces for a new contract that we had just won....then stopped by Hatch which isn't too far from there to pick up some little bites of heaven. He had to buy some extra carryon bags to bring it all back on the plane, which I am sure stunk up the entire plane....as they were soooo strong!! Oh well....so worth it! Vince grilled them and we had them for days...in everything we could think of...including probably the best green chili mac &cheeseI have ever made/had!! Think it is time for another trip....
