Before we went down, I had surprised Vince with a bottle of Almond Champagne that I snuck in on the plane...along with some of our engraved wedding party champ glasses! I was so excited that the bottle didn't explode on the plane haha! And it was a great surprise for us as we were getting ready for our night out!

Before we went downstairs we went to the top of the hotel where the pool was to check out the view. Just perfect timing...there were fireworks going off in the distance....for our anniversary of course!! Very cool! See, right over our heads:

After dinner we went down to Larimer Square and spent some time at this great Champagne Bar there...they had like 3000 different types of champ....we were in heaven.
After our champ, we HAD to take a horse-drawn carriage ride thru town. We did that on our honeymoon in NYC thru Central Park. So, since we couldn't be in NYC this year, we could at least take a carriage ride as if we were :) Our horse was in training...but did a great job.
