Christina & Lex headed back to Cali with their crew and we got some of their leftovers from brunch. They had to leave the shrimp from the shrimp cocktail platter, so I took advantage and made some ceviche with it. So good it deserved a picture. Yes, of course we sent it to them to gloat.
