12.11.2012: San Diego Super-Chargers

Today was the last Charger home game....and Mom & Dad asked us to go with them.  :)  This was our only Charger game this year...I don't know how we made it through a whole year without making another game! :(  Anyways this one was a meaningless game since the Chargers were already out of the playoffs, but it was still a great game and a fun time!  They played the Buffalo Bills...and won.  Tailgating, of course was fun as always!  Parking lot wasn't too crowded so it was nice!  During the warmups, Mom got her customary wave from Jacob Hester (#22), and Scott got his from Hardwick.  After the game, one of the Charger players came over and gave his gloves & wristbands to the fans on our side.  Usually we only get the visiting team since we are right on their tunnel....but every once in a while we get a Charger over there.  Well, Shareece Wright (#29) gave Vince one of his wristbands.  Kind of funny because we looked him up afterwards, and he is from Riverside area (Colton) and went to USC.  He is a rookie for the Chargers this year.  So, Vince decided to give the wristband to Andrew at his next flag football game. He is soooo into football this year, and it is pretty cool that the player is from Riverside and went to USC (Brent's fav college team...and so Andrews as well).  Andrew was very excited to get it....and it had some great significance to it too!  Great, great day!!!  Not to mention a beautiful San Diego sunset to top it all off.
