12.17.2010: Brianna's First Dance Recital

Brianna had her first dance recital. She has been taking a ballet class and thie recital coincided with Christmas. There were a TON of dance classes and girls that performed. Nana's class only had one dance....Frosty the Snowman...but it was a big deal! She did a GREAT job!

She is all the way on the left. A few seconds into it...one of the other girls lost her shoe. It goes flying off into the back of the girls...you can see it in the video. Nana looks down to make sure that she still has hers on...then goes on with her dance. The girl who lost her shoe was done though. She just stood there the rest of the dance. Poor thing!!! The crowd wanted them to be able to do it again because of all the costume issues. Couple of the girls were distracted because their buttons were falling off. Everyone lost at least one of their buttons. Oh well!! We all thought that Nana did a GREAT job though!! Especially for her first recital! She held it all together very well....
