Ooooohhh such great old friends that are more family than friends!!! We haven't seen the Kennedys in FOREVER! Kent was back in town for the weekend (he has been working up in Portland for the past year), so they wanted to try to get together with Brian, Thereisa and us for happy hour. We met over at a pizza & wine place by Brian's house. We ended up having dinner and hanging out for a few hours catching up. It was great to hear all the latest on Nikki, KJ & Missy.
Since we had last seen them, Missy had got married!! She & Chase had been engaged and were planning to have a wedding, but then one night just sprung it on their immediate family and got married right there at their house. They had invited their parents over for dinner to "discuss the wedding plans". When they all got there, there was a minister, lights everywhere, and they were planning to get married! So they did. Super cool!
After our happy hour, we weren't ready to leave, so all headed to Brians for more wine and a scotch nightcap. We ended up staying until the early hours of the morning just hanging out and laughing! So much fun and so good seeing our people again!
