After the luncheon, we headed back to Ray & Lois's place for some cake and drinks and more visiting. Some other people and neighbors came over as well. It was cool meeting some of the people that grew up with Ray and Papa in North Dakota.
After some of the neighbors left, a few of us gathered in the living room and MaryAnn told us some old farm stories. We never really got to hear many stories growing up from Papa so it was nice being able to ask MaryAnn questions we have always had. It was also fun hearing Ray contradict some of her stories haha! So, who knows which version was correct...but at least we got some insight into the old farm life!
