6.28.2008: Alan & Annette's Wedding Reception

On Saturday, Alan & Annette celebrated their wedding with all their friends & family at the Monterey Plaza Hotel. They had cocktails & hourderves outside on the patio overlooking the ocean, and had an amazing dinner inside one of the ballrooms. It was gorgeous...as you can see! They both looked amazing! 6.27.2008: Brechbill & Morris Family Dinner

On Friday night, Alan & Annette held a family dinner for the Brechbill's & Morris'. It was at the Stokes Restaurant in Monterey, which happened to be a very historic building. It was beautiful inside, and dinner was delicious!! Afterwards, a few of us went for drinks at a local pub and met up with some of their friends. Late night out, lots of drinking, lots of great food, and of course, wonderful company!!!

6.26.08: Wine Tasting in Carmel Valley

Vince and I drove up to Monterey for Alan & Annette's wedding reception a little early so that we could go wine tasting with some of their friends on Thursday. We ended up staying in CA for the week because of work (unplanned), but it worked out really well. Brent mailed me some clothes that I needed, and we were able to work, sign up a new client, and save a ton of money on gas...not to mention the time driving back & forth from AZ.

SOOO, anyways, back to the wine!!! On Thursday, Alan & Annette's friends Megan & Greg organized a wine tasting tour for 8 of us. We hit 4 wineries, had a picnic lunch that Megan had made, and had a ton of fun! Carmel Valley is a gorgeous place to go wine tasting. We have been to the Solvang/Santa Barbara/Los Olivos area, as well as the Temecula area on wine tours before. Carmel was new & exciting and we hope to go back again! Highly recommend it to anyone. Also, Vince and I made some wonderful new friends that we hope to see again very soon!!

Thurs night after the wine tour we had dinner at a BBQ place on Cannery Row. Both Alan & Annette's parents were there, as well as Katie (Alan's gramma), Alisa and the kids, Annette's niece Jessica, and Alan's uncle Robert & his wife. As well as all the wine tasting crew. Dinner was delicious and we had a wonderful night out!

6.20.2008: Erik & Steph's Wedding

Erik and Stephanie got married on June 20, 2008. All their family and friends were there at Glen Eagle Country Club to witness them exchange their vows. It was a beautiful ceremony and Stephanie was a gorgeous bride!! Erik didn't look half bad himself! :) They make a GREAT couple!! The reception was fun...filled with a night of dancing. Some more than others!! Haha!! There was a dance contest between the 2 families. Between Brad and Andrew, the Sparks stole the show! It was a wonderful day! 6.19.2008: Erik & Steph's Rehearsal Dinner

On Thursday, we all converged in Riverside for Erik & Steph's rehearsal & dinner. The dinner was at Mom & Dad's house. It was a very hot afternoon of setting up and getting ready. The rehearsal was at Glen Eagle Country Club, where the weddng would take place the next day. Afterwards, everyone headed to Mom and Dad's house for dinner. It was catered by a wonderful Mexican restaurant. The food was amazing and the backyard looked beautiful (as always)....all for a very memorable occasion.
